At Dream Door, we craft and sell high-quality wooden doors across Bangladesh. We’ve been doing this since 2006, and as a certified Architectural Interior Designer, I’ve overseen the design process to ensure every product is beautiful and built to last. All items on our site are physical products and subject to availability.

3. Warranty

Our doors are made to stand the test of time—that’s why we confidently offer a 20-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. This warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation.

4. Order Acceptance

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. We’ll then verify availability and payment before officially accepting the order. We do reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspicious activity, but we’ll always communicate openly if that happens.

5. Pricing & Payment

All our prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT. You’ll need to make full payment before delivery. We accept popular mobile banking and bank transfer options in Bangladesh. Over the years, we’ve made the process smooth and secure for hundreds of happy customers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all areas of Bangladesh. Timelines and costs depend on where you are, but we’ll inform you clearly once the order is confirmed. If there’s ever a delay (like during the 2023 Eid rush—what a week that was!), we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Since each door is custom-made, we don’t accept returns once delivered and accepted. But if your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 48 hours with photos—we’ve resolved these cases quickly. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it; after that, we usually begin production, and cancellation may not be possible.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to:
