We don’t offer returns once a door is delivered and accepted. And here’s why: every single Dream Door is custom-made. It’s crafted especially for your home, from the size and design to the finish.
Think of it like ordering a tailored panjabi before Eid—you wouldn’t return it after wearing it, right? The logic is the same. Once it fits your space, it’s yours to keep.
If It's Damaged or Defective—Don't Worry, We've Got Your Back
Now, accidents can happen during delivery. We’ve seen it once, during a rush Eid order in Khulna, a door arrived with a chipped corner. The client sent photos immediately, and we sorted them out within two days. So, if your door is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, send us photos within 48 hours. We’ll fix, replace, or do whatever’s needed to make it right.
✅ Tip: Take pictures as soon as the packaging is opened. It helps us act faster.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes—but only within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production usually begins, and trust me, once our artisans start cutting, there’s no turning back. Once, a client in Dhanmondi changed their mind 26 hours in—sadly, the materials were already cut to size. That’s why we ask for quick decisions. If you’re unsure, talk to us before ordering. We’re happy to walk you through everything first.
Final Checklist Before Accepting Your Door
